3. The entries must be originals of the participants, who shall have independent, complete, clear and uncontested copyrights, and ensure that the work is not used commercially, has not been involved in other events, and has not been copied, embezzled, etc. In the event of copyright disputes arising from the entries, the legal responsibility rests with the contestants themselves。
4. Once the work has been awarded an award, the seismic department of anhui province is given unconditional access to, but not limited to, the dissemination of information networks on the work, including mainstream media platforms, web-based media platforms, as well as dissemination, distribution, etc。
5.
