2026 summary of public service interview announcements for central selection and selection
In accordance with the regulations governing the recruitment of civil servants, the following information is provided on the public selection of civil servants for interviews by the national antiquities agency in 2026:
I. List of interviewees
See annex 1 (in order of pass)。
Ii. Interview confirmation
Candidates for interview are requested to confirm their participation in the interview by 1600 hours on 6 march 2026, by e-mail. The request is as follows:
1. Candidates for interviews are requested to complete the " confirmation of participation in interviews " (see annex 2) and sign to confirm and send an e-mail to rsch@ncha. Gov. Cn. Changes in the address, contact details, etc., as reported during the online registration are indicated in the e-mail。
2. Candidates who have given up the interview should complete the " statement of renouncing eligibility for interview " (see annex 3) and sign to confirm that a scanned copy or photo is sent to rsch@ncha. Gov. Cn。
3. Late confirmation is deemed to be automatic waiver and no longer subject to interview procedures. If the waiver is not filed within the prescribed time frame, and if the interview is not conducted for personal reasons, it is recorded in the integrity file by the central civil service authority, as appropriate。
Review of eligibility
Candidates are requested to send scanned copies of the following materials by e-mail by 1600 hours on 11 march to rsch@ncha. Gov. Cn (mailed under the name “pilot + post + position code + candidate name + selection submission”). All materials are organized under the name "serial + material name" and packaged to a rar or zip file, and compressed with the mail name. The submissions are as follows:
1. Personal identity card (both positive and negative), work permit。
2. Examinations for written examinations in public subjects。
3. Recommendation form for the public selection of civil servants by the central authority for the year 2026 (a civil service stamp was added in accordance with the terms of reference of personnel management)。
4. Civil service register or register of staff of the authority (units) for the reference to the civil service law (in accordance with the terms of reference for personnel management)。
5. The updated personnel appointment and dismissal form (to be updated to march 2026, with the results of the 2022-2025 appraisals, and the personnel department stamped in accordance with the managerial authority of the cadre)。
6. Completed undergraduate (specialized) studies, postgraduate degrees, diplomas, icn information interfaces for higher education, and reports of higher education, degree online validation。
7. Information on work experience at the grass-roots level required for the job examination. Candidates who have worked in party bodies, enterprises or state-owned enterprises are required to provide a statement of their work experience at the grass-roots level from the personnel department of the unit, indicating the name of the unit, the job level, the time of commencement, the contact person and telephone number of the personnel department; candidates who have worked in other economic organizations, social organizations, etc., are required to provide the corresponding labour contract and to contribute to the social security; candidates for self-employment and business registration are required to provide business licences, and candidates for initial employment in the form of flexible employment are required to provide flexible employment registration approvals。
8. Information on the expiry of service at the current post (a civil service stamp has been added to the staff management authority)。
9. Letters of confidentiality for candidates (see annex 4)。
Candidates are held accountable for the authenticity of the material provided, the incompleteness of the material or the incorrectness of the main information, and those who influence the outcome of the qualification review will be disqualified from interviewing. In addition, an on-site qualification review will take place prior to the interview, at which time candidates are requested to complete the originals and copies of the above-mentioned materials (copys may be provided in the civil service registration form or in the staff registration form of the reference to the civil service law administration (units), provided that they are stamped by the personnel department in accordance with the supervisory authority of the cadre)。
Examination arrangements
(i) location
National antiquities agency. Address: state department of antiquities at 83rd street, north river, east side (out of a of the chinese museum of fine arts subway station, 400 metres west, 200 metres north of the intersection road; or f of the south end lane subway station, 100 metres east, 1,000 metres south of the dinji road)。
(ii) job level testing
Candidates are requested to report by 13:30 p. M. On tuesday, 17 march, and start the job performance test at 14:00. The english proficiency test has a full score of 100 minutes for 60 minutes; the english proficiency test interview has a full score of 100 minutes for 15 minutes each。
(iii) interviews
Candidates are required to report by 8 a. M. On wednesday, 18 march, and the live interview starts at 9 a. M。
(iv) other matters
Candidates are required to report for entry within the prescribed time and to register for entry in the delivery room with their identity cards, and those who fail to report on time are deemed to have given up automatically。
Upon arrival, an on-site qualification is required and candidates are requested to complete all originals and copies of all materials in accordance with the eligibility requirements。
The examination day is closed and leaving without permission is considered a waiver. Upon completion of the examination, he left the examination。
V. Medical examinations and missions
(i) medical examination and identification of candidates for examination
The ratio of interview attendance to the number of open selection plans is 3:1 and above, and candidates for medical examinations and examinations are identified in the order of overall achievement, from high to low; if the ratio is less than 3:1, the examination results of the examination must be 80 points in order to be considered for medical examination and examination。
The unit conducts a gap survey, which compares candidates with the planned number of candidates at 2:1。
(ii) medical examination
On 18 march, at 2000 hours, the incoming medical examiner was informed by text message and the location of the examination, and please ensure that the mobile phone is open. The examination took place on 19 march and the candidates were asked to make reasonable arrangements. The costs of medical examinations are borne by my unit。
(iii) consolidated calculation of accomplishments
Combined accomplishment = written test result x 50 per cent + interview (percentage) x 35 per cent + post performance test (percentage) x 15%
Other matters
(i) two colour photographs with one inch bareheaded in the near future at the time of reporting。
(ii) stationery, with a blue or black pen or a signed pen answer for the test papers。
(iii) all candidates shall not disclose any information on the subject, contrary to which they shall be disqualified。
