In accordance with the civil service act and the relevant provisions for the recruitment of civil servants, the ministry has established specific arrangements for the recruitment of civil servants for the 2026 examination. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. List of interviews
Following individual confirmation and review of the examination materials with interview candidates, some of the candidates renounced their qualifications. In accordance with the relevant requirements and with the consent of the civil service authorities, the interviewer was replaced by a high to low order according to the written examination results, and the list of the completed interview was as follows (ranked in order of reference examination): see the source of the article
Ii. Interview confirmation
Candidates for the interview are requested to confirm their participation again by 17:00 on monday, 2 march. The request is as follows:
1. For confirmation of candidates for interview, please send an e-mail to gjc@moe. Edu. Cn. The e-mail is entitled “xxx has carefully read the interview announcement and confirmed his participation in the xx post (post code) interview in xxx division”. Changes in the address, contact details, etc., as reported during the online registration are indicated in the e-mail。
2. For candidates who have given up the interview, please complete the " statement of renouncing eligibility for interview " (see annex for further details) and send a scanned copy, signed by themselves, to gjc@moe. Edu. Cn. If the waiver is not filed within the prescribed time frame and if the interview is not conducted for personal reasons, it is recorded in the good faith file, depending on the circumstances。
Iii. Organization of the interview

Interviews will be conducted through live interviews。
1. Interview reporting
On friday, 13 march, from 13:20 to 14:00, they will report to the reporting office on the second floor of the north floor of the ministry of education and will be informed on-site about the interview. Candidates are required to enter through the northern gate of the ministry of education with their identity cards within the prescribed time frame and are deemed to have waived their eligibility for interview if they fail to report on time。
Address: no. 35, western okurai, western city, beijing the north gate is located only in the vicinity, and the subway line 4 can be used to get out of the vehicle at the end of the hall。
Interviews
A full-day interview with the ministry of education on saturday, 14 march. Candidates are requested to enter from the ministry of education north gate at 7. 50-8. 20 p. M. And report to the reporting office on the second floor of the north floor. Candidates who failed to report before 8:30 are disqualified from interviewing. Interviews will begin at 9 a. M。
Iv. Professional competency tests
Candidates for the following positions are required to take the professional competency test on sunday, 15 march。

Scope: german language proficiency test. Translation between chinese and german (including translation and interpretation)。
2. Positions of international co-operation and communication division (hong kong/australia office) reserve personnel abroad (code: 200110008002)
Scope: english language proficiency test. Translation between chinese and british (including translation and interpretation)。

V. Comprehensive achievement methodology
For those who do not take a professional competency test, the composite results are based on a 50 per cent ratio of written examinations and interviews。

The combined results were based on 50 per cent written test results, 35 per cent interview results and 15 per cent professional competency tests。
Vi. Medical examinations and missions
Interviews are conducted in a scale of 3:1 and above, after which candidates for medical examinations and examinations shall be selected in a sequence ranging from high to low, in a scale not exceeding 2:1; if the ratio is less than 3:1, candidates should have an average score of all persons interviewed by the panel of interview examiners using the same subject matter for medical examinations and examinations。
