The full construction of the hydroelectric pre-burial installation process deserves to be studied by all water and power installers
Material aspects
Water and electricity installation materials are divided into main and auxiliary materials, which are provided in the form of a, a and b supplies; a, which are typically electrical wires, cables, pvc electrician tubes and accessories, bridges, distribution tanks, piped pipes and pipes, drainage pipes and pipes, sewage pumps, valves, etc.; a, b, which is generally provided in the form of switches, plugs, lamps, plastic tubes, zinc plating tubes and tubes, welding tubes and tubes; and b, which is mostly supported by materials。

For material control, the following should be noted:
1. Prior to material
(1) knowledge of the reporting period for all types of a(a) material, the declaration of a(a) material in advance in accordance with the process, generally one month in advance for wires, cables, bridges and sub-polluting pumps, and a minimum of 10 days in advance for others
(2) prior to the preparation of the a(a) application form and the supply notification form, it is essential that a class application form be made so that the class sign in order to avoid subsequent disputes; at the same time, it is necessary to check the quantity of the material, to check whether the specifications and models of the material are consistent with the blueprint, and to keep in mind that the material cannot be checked against electronic drawings, which may differ in part from the blueprint
(3) when making requests for supplies and supply notices, care must be taken to verify the correctness of the date, the name of the supplier, the name of the construction unit, the name of the material, the specifications, the quantity, etc.
(4) prior to arrival, telephone confirmation of arrival and place of discharge, avoiding arrival at working hours, to the extent possible
(5) print a copy of the supply notice to facilitate on-site verification of whether material arriving at the site is consistent with the circular
2 date of arrival of material
(1) once the material has been brought to the point of discharge, check the conformity of the material inspection order with the supply notice, check the completeness of the certificate and the test report, and then notify party a, the supervisory authority for acceptance
(2) after receiving and receiving the goods, notify the squads to unload them, check the materials on site and hand them over to the squads for use, and also check whether the materials are broken, missing metaware, scratches, etc. During discharge
(3) verification of the quantity of parts of the material (such as screws, bridge covers, etc.) so as not to be sufficient in the back and, if assembled, whether the specifications are the same
(4) the quantity is confirmed and the transfer to the class for use requires signature confirmation by the class
3. After materials are signed and received
(1) when signing the receipt and inspection form, check the information in the receipt and inspection form as follows:
The information on the material receipt and inspection forms is carefully checked, including plots, building numbers, dates, etc.
Check the signature of the supplier and whether the date is the same, as well as the clarity of the receipt and inspection form
The name, specification type, quantity and area of use of the material at the time of receipt and inspection and must be correct
(2) once the receipt and inspection of the material is completed, the material distribution form is made and the class signs, and the parts of the material must be clearly noted in the distribution form to avoid controversy。
(3) ensuring that the materials are kept in the custody of the group, that they are not stored at will and that part of the material is not tanned

Pre-burial
1. Pre-burial of basement floors
(i) work elements: welding of the earth's body, mains, pre-burial of the evacuation signal light pipe, pre-burial of the drain pipe, pre-burial of the man-proof pipe, pre-burial of the power pipe for the sub-polluting pump and pre-burial of the sub-duct
(2) common problems and solutions:
1) welding of the earth's body and the earth's trunk:
Question 1: welding (mostly transversal) of the two conjunctural bars, or not connected to the lower line, respectively, with the opposite of the base of the pillar
Resolution measures: follow-up when welding, on-site rehabilitation of non-conformity
Question 2: in the course of welding, the length of the tie does not meet the requirements, or the welding is not full, welding is not removed; in accordance with regulation 24. 2. 1 on the quality of construction works in construction and electrical works, the welding of the local installation shall be welded with the following provisions:。
Measures to address: before welding, follow-up checks are carried out at the bottom of the worker's body during welding
(2) pre-burial of evac point lines:
Question 1: once the basement floor has been filled, the jdg tube at the post position is visible
Resolution measures: request for pre-laying of jdg tubes during pre-burials; dipping of exposed wires
(3) other points of attention:
1. Welding of the earthen body and the main groundline shall be completed by laying of the bottom steel and before concrete is laid
2. The evacuation sign shall be directed in the pre-burial of the pillar, i. E. Which side of the pre-burial pillar, and
3. The use of additional zinc-plating steel pipes in the man-protected drain pipes and elevator pit drains on the basement floor is prohibited
4 the sub-polluting pump pipe must be pre-filled in the base plate, which, if hidden in the bottom plate, may lead to the uninstallability of the collection pit covers
2. Pre-burial of the top floor of the basement
(1) work content: welding of main mains, pre-burial of electrical, lighting and power lines, pre-burial of fire and weak pipes, pre-burial of water pipes, fire and human protective tubes
(2) common problems and solutions:
Question 1: due to the high number of pre-burial pipes on top of the basement, there is a risk of leaking or pre-burial errors
Settlement measures: on-site verification during pre-burial
(3) other points of attention:
1. Pre-laying tubes on top floors of the basement shall be waterproof
2. In the pre-burial of the top floor of the basement, the jdg tube shall be sequestered and fixed with tight screws
3. While laying concrete, it must be guarded

3. Major pre-burial phase
(1) work:
1. Strong power systems pre-burial: in-house switches, plugs, lamps, distribution tanks pre-burials, wellways switches, plugs, lamps, cable tubes pre-burials, house switches, plugs, lamps, cables pre-burials
2. Pre-burial of drainage systems: household drainage tubes, pre-burial of pipes and pre-burial of wells and drainage pipes
3. Pre-burial of fire protection systems: pre-burial of well-fired and sprayed pipes, pre-burial of sprayed bronchials, smoke detector, embolism buttons, manual alarm buttons, audio alarms, shutters, floor lights, wind valves, etc.
4. Pre-burials of weak electrical systems include: pre-burials that can be seen as indoor extensions, gas leak detectors, door magnets and emergency buttons
5. Mine-protected pre-burials: pre-burials of main ground lines, pre-burials of mine-protected detection points, pre-burials of electrical places such as toilets, pre-burials, pre-burials of wires, pre-burials of electrical spaces such as elevators
(2) common problems and solutions:
1) common problems with pre-laying of electrical outlets
Question no. 1: pyramids, i. E., co-existing with the powerbox, multimedia, and intensities of pipes, overlap of three pvcs at the same point, resulting in inadequate protection thickness and structural impact
Measures to be taken: follow-up checks are carried out during pre-burials and on-site rehabilitation of the site of the pyrotechnics
Question no. 2: combine, more likely to be found in sub-units, multimedia co-exist and piped density the paralleling of the root pvc line, regardless of the quality of the concrete and the sheeting, leads to a leak in the subsequent plate; therefore, some space is required。
Measures to be taken: follow-up checks are carried out during pre-burials and on-site rehabilitation of the site of the pyrotechnics
Question 3: at the distribution box, the movement of the template or the use of the old template led to a shift in the position of the hole drilled on the template, which resulted in too many holes and no seals on the template, affecting its quality。
Solutions: if the original drilling hole is not used, the team will be required to block it, and if there are more holes, the template will need to be replaced by contact with the carpentry team
Question 4: in the distribution box, the wires are concentrated in the beam area, affecting the effective fractures of sorghum, requiring separation and space。
Measures to be taken to resolve the problem: the teams are adequately covered in advance of the construction work and special attention is paid to inspection during pre-burials
Question 5: when time is running late, there will be an upper pvc tube that is unstuck and easily stomped into the plate and blocked。
Settlement measures: full flooring of teams prior to construction and inspection of pre-burials prior to concrete being laid
2). Common problems with pre-laying of lighting
Question no. 1: differing of headlight cartridges in the household and correct number of pre-filled headlight boxes on the house (especially on the slope)
Settlement measures: full flooring of teams prior to construction and inspection of pre-burials prior to concrete being laid
Question 2: there is no pre-burial pipe between the toilet-proof toplights and the liner leb at the level。
Settlement measures: full flooring of teams prior to construction and inspection of pre-burials prior to concrete being laid
Question 3: the metal catheters are strictly prohibited from welding to the mouth; steel catheters with zinc plating and a wall thickness of less than 2 mm shall not bind the catheter to welding. Jdgs in the public domain cannot weld。
Settlement measures: full flooring of teams prior to construction and supervision of jdg's construction process during construction
