From 14 to 18 july, the tocto county women's federation conducted a special public-interest training course in 2026 on “she's power & new career” for women in distress (mother-and-child care) in the safe community of twin river towns, in which 30 women in distress participated。
The training focused precisely on women's employment needs and was offered free of charge throughout the course, bringing practical skills to the front door of the crowd. The course is based on a combination of “theory + physical exercise”, with specialized lecturers giving detailed instruction on the core elements of daily neonatal care, post-natal care for the rehabilitation of mothers, a combination of nutrition for the children and the handling of common neonatal emergencies. In the classroom, the lecturers, through the baby model demonstration on the ground, correct the hands of the participants on a one-on-one basis, carefully documented and practiced, with a strong learning atmosphere。
Most of the participants in the training are women in difficult circumstances with a heavier family burden and a lack of a stable income. The market is in demand and the employment threshold is suitable for women. On the spot, the staff of the district women's union (fwu) conducted a live and simultaneous public awareness campaign on women's employment support and entrepreneurship subsidies, informing the participants that they can recommend a replacement for a domestic job after they have qualified for training。

As a next step, the tocto county women's union will continue to deepen the “she's strength” women's skills upgrading initiative, focusing on women and women in difficult situations, providing diversified skills training in home economics, childcare, handicrafts, and building an integrated “training + employment” service platform, empowering skills to activate the growth momentum of the towels, addressing women's acute distress and instilling warm towels into the efficiency of governance at the district level。
