According to the circular of the office of the minister of education on the publication of the national competition 2022-2025 for students in primary and secondary education (2022] in the spirit of communication no. 13) and the circular of the guangxi autonomous region's natural resources office for the organization of the guangxi “beautiful china” book competition, and in order to further study the implementation of xi jinping's new chinese socialist philosophy, to follow up on the party's 20th and 20th china congresses, 2nd and 3rd china congresses, to further popularize knowledge of and raise awareness of the national map for all, our bureau has decided to hold the zhong zhao “beautiful china” page book competition (hereinafter referred to as the “chamber”) and has informed us of the following:
I. Topics of the competition
Under the theme “beautiful china”, in conjunction with the competitions organized by the ministry of natural resources and the actual situation in my city, three parts of the national maps knowledge competition (primary and secondary school groups), the national maps knowledge competition (guangxi social groups) and the children's handiwork maps competition were organized。
Ii. Form of activities
(i) national knowledge contest on maps (primary and secondary school groups)。
The national map knowledge contest (primary and secondary school group) is organized by the ministry of natural resources ' centre for information and education, and the contestants register their answers through the national unified platform. For specific competition requirements, such as timing, modalities, protocols, etc., see also ministry of natural resources office document notification. The natural resources bureaus in the districts (municipalities and districts) conduct campaigns for competitions and participate in them in accordance with the competition protocol。
(ii) national map competition (guangxi social group)。
1. Target audience: citywide public (pupils and students can also participate)。
2. Competition: 1 march to 31 may 2025。
Participation in the contest: the contestants register their answers through the micro-intelligence applet or web page (https://bantuweishi. Cn)。
4. The content of the competition: knowledge of maps, geography, history, landscape and laws and regulations relating to the national map。
5. Competition process:
(1) individual registration. By the end of february 2025, contestants will have independently entered the applet or web page to add personal information. The contestants are required to give their names, their municipalities, their districts, their units, their contacts, etc。
(2) break-in questions. Official answer dated 1 march-31 may 2025, with single, multiple and adjudicative questions. The competition is conducted in a cross-cutting mode, with three rounded cross-checks to be completed before the next round can be reached. Each round has two opportunities for answering questions, with the highest score for the two responses from the round being counted against the total. In the case of the same overall scores, the higher the correct third round of responses, the higher the ranking. The first round consisted of common sense questions and answers, totalling 10 questions. The second round was a human-to-air battle, with a total of 10 questions per question for 15 seconds. The third round is extremely fast, with a time limit of five minutes and an unlimited number of questions to be answered, with a correct rate of 50 per cent and above to be counted against。
(4) result. After the answer, the system automatically calculates the number and time of the answer, which will serve as the basis for the later award. Participating in the district-wide ranking, ranking by individual response scores, 30 first prizes, 60 second prizes and 110 third prizes, with the final result being posted on the network of officials of the autonomous region's natural resources office and on the public announcements weibo, 15 days ' notice。
(ii) children's hand painting maps competition。
1. Target audience: children under 15 throughout the city. The contest is divided into three age groups, “6-8 years”, “9-12 years”, and “13-15 years”. For the time being, age groups are divided according to the following criteria, and ultimately according to the criteria for the classification of gays at the higher levels。
The “6-8” age group: born 28 february 2017 to 28 february 2019
Age group “9-12 years”: born from 28 february 2013 to 27 february 2017
Age group “13-15 years”: born from 28 february 2010 to 27 february 2013。
Target audience: the theme of the competition is “beautiful china”, with standard maps as a vehicle, with unlimited style, with original, artistic graphics, without copyright disputes about the entries and the use of materials, and with the design of the chinese map in accordance with the relevant legal and regulatory standards。
3. Participation process:
The organizational staff of the municipal natural resources bureau will be given two first prizes, three second prizes, five third prizes and eight outstanding prizes for each age group. At the same time, outstanding works will be selected for competition in the autonomous communities (no more than 10 in each group). The municipal natural resources authority will reward the outstanding units and individuals in the competition。
4. Delivery of works:
(1) the natural resources directorates of the counties (municipalities and districts) are required by 8 february to aggregate the collection of works from their territories for submission to the geographic information and investigation monitoring section of the municipal natural resources directorate。
(2) the contestants may submit by 9 february, by mail or self-release, to the geographic information and investigation monitoring section of the municipal natural resources authority. Other matters
The natural resources bureaus in the districts (municipalities and districts) are to initiate and coordinate with the local education bureaus to promote the wide range of competitions. The first is to uphold the public good and to refrain from any form of collection, marketing or disguised marketing of products, such as material book aids, or the cost of transfer competition activities, and from sponsoring competitions for related marketing and promotion activities. Secondly, the principle of voluntarism should be upheld and no school, student or parent may be compelled to participate in competitions. The competition is open equally to eligible pupils and students without any discriminatory conditions. The third is that the competitive process should follow the procedures of scientific norms, strengthen the requirements of academic integrity and put an end to falsification, academic misconduct and unfairness. Fourth, the results of this competition and the competition do not form the basis for enrolment in primary and secondary schools。
