The maple bridge experience of a new era of digital empowerment means not only technological innovation, but also changes in social governance. The key is to achieve a deeper integration of new tools of digital social governance with grass-roots social governance. Its core strengths are reflected mainly in three areas. The first is to contribute to a better functioning of the mass of people.
