In order to follow up on the general concept of national security, in-depth awareness-raising campaigns on the safety of university students, effective awareness-raising campaigns on the safety of university students, support for the development of a culture of safety in schools, and the creation of a strong culture of safe motherhood, the shanghai university's fifth student security competition (hereinafter referred to as the “security knowledge competition”) was recently successfully concluded. This security competition is organized by the office of the protector, the student work office, the postgraduate work department of the party commission and the school college, and by the peace volunteers action unit of university students of shanghai university。
This security knowledge competition was launched in september 2023 and is divided into in-house selection competitions, first and finals of schools. The colleges responded positively by conducting unique and diverse in-house selection competitions and recommending one or two teams for the first round。
The initial school competition was held on 24 september 2023 in the d-building machine room of the poshan campus and was attended by 33 teams from 26 colleges, in which the participants demonstrated a solid theoretical basis and rapid response capability。
Following intense competitions, eight teams from the faculty of material sciences and engineering (i), the institute of material science and engineering (ii), the institute of communications and information engineering (i), the faculty of law, the faculty of science (ii), the institute of microelectronics (ii), the sydney institute of business and management (sydny) and seven colleges successfully advanced to the finals。
The finals of the school were held on 14 october 2023 at the new century community college, on the second floor of the multifunctional hall. The finals invited the chief of the defence service, xu yisheng, the deputy minister of arms, jo jo joon, the deputy chief of the defence service, zhang yan ling, the royal chang, and the commissioner of the college, mr. Chen xiaoqin, to serve as a jury。
The finals, which were divided into “question and answer”, “board-to-deer” and “one stop”, comprehensively examined university students' knowledge of the 20 major party reports, school safety, national security, legal education, mental health, telecommunications fraud prevention, fire safety, traffic safety, public health safety, disaster prevention and mitigation, food and pharmaceutical safety, laboratory safety, drug prevention, safe production and confidentiality.
