In response, nanning city's intellectual property protection centre has moved beyond its traditional disposal model by establishing a new approach to rights protection, based on the concept of “compensation of domestic short boards, discouragement of foreign investment, use of first-come-first-served rights”. The united market regulatory authority has come to the door to conduct advocacy guidance, assist enterprises in declaring assistance and awards for intellectual property rights, enhance the capacity of enterprises to defend their own rights, and establish a collaborative protection closed-door “professional guidance, financial support, enterprise-led”.
