Recently, the office of the national intellectual property authority published a circular on the implementation of the second wave of intellectual property standardization pilot projects and the dissemination of best practices from the first pilot projects. The city of sining has successfully approved a pilot city for the standardization of public intellectual property services at the national level, making it the first pilot area for the standardization of intellectual property services in the province。
The standardization of intellectual property rights (iprs) plays an important role in raising the level of standardization, standardization and facilitation of public services in intellectual property rights (iprs), as well as in improving the availability of inclusive, multi-layered and diversified ipr supply. In recent years, the city of sining has promoted the full standardization of intellectual property rights, further strengthening the fundamental security role of intellectual property services throughout the chain and chain, continuously promoting the upgrading of the capacity of intellectual property services to work in the public service, actively pursuing the construction of integrated public service institutions, and further enhancing the effectiveness of intellectual property services in the public service. Currently, four provincial ip information public service points, two technology and innovation support centres (tisc) and three intellectual property public service information centres are being nurtured. At the same time, efforts have been made to highlight industrial empowerment and improve the effectiveness of public services, to reach out to the siining industrial park for public service activities, to further enhance the satisfaction of enterprises with access to intellectual property services, to highlight inclusive works, to optimize the provision of public services, to focus on the development of a public service network for intellectual property information and a public service platform, to promote the development of intellectual property network records and intellectual property platforms, to enhance the overall effectiveness of intellectual property information public service networks and intellectual property services and to successfully build an intellectual property public service platform。
It has been learned that siining will be an opportunity to learn to apply the best practices of the first pilot areas to promote the standardization of intellectual property public services, to fully standardize the model of intellectual property public service systems, to implement operational standardization and to facilitate procedures, and to make every effort to strengthen the full chain of intellectual property creation, application, protection, management and services and to provide strong support for the construction of cities in the intellectual property market。
