In everyday working life, when we hear the word “teams” more or less frequently, it took me a long time to sort this out, and i put some of my core content on it and share it with you:
One, what's a team
The concept of “team” was first proposed by ibm in the 1960s, to the effect that a small work organization had been created on an ad hoc basis to perform a task or plan, and first by stephen p. Robbins, a manager: the team consists of two or more individuals who interact and depend on each other, an organization that combines certain rules for specific purposes! The five key components of the team were then presented, abbreviated as 5p, i. E. Target (purpose), people, place, power and plan。
Well, whatever definition we use, we simplify it:
Team, group "working together" for "common purpose"
A true team should have a common goal, namely, that members are interdependent, interact with each other and can work well together to achieve collective success。
The two most important things in the team: (1) shared goals; and (2) team awareness。

The most important factors in team formation are: (1) a strong core of leadership; (2) professional team members; (3) common working methods; (4) complementary work skills; and (5) a clear division of responsibilities。
Teams are formed with common goals; without a team consciousness, teams are bound to stay close。
But true teamwork, leadership, membership, working methods, technical complementarities and the division of responsibilities are all things a team has to consider and must do, which is the most important factor in team formation。
2. Distinctions between teams and groups
It is not that we all have a common goal and work together that we can call them teams。
Teams and groups are very different
Teams and groups are fundamentally different: teams are task-oriented and comprised of people with different but complementary knowledge and skills。
It can be said that in a team, individual contributions are complementary; in a group, work among members is largely interchangeable. For example, the captain + first mate + sailor = a team that can cross the sea; but if the captain + captain + captain = a team, there will normally be a fierce battle ahead of flight to determine who the real captain is...

Simple algebra and? Team performance is generally greater than the algebra and
The pursuit of similar or similar tasks, targeted at everyone, is organized strictly with clear common objectives。
Leadership? Supervisory leadership, just giving orders and supervising the work? Good organizers, promoters of noble goals, mentors working together
Staff members who prefer leadership and share responsibility with leadership are better able to share leadership success。
Everyone has the right to participate in decision-making together。
Team members live together in a decentralized manner, emphasizing personal harmony and efficiency。
Is it due to overcapacity of individuals or is it larger than the whole because of overlapping team functions
Is there a problem with team leadership or a failure of cooperative mechanisms
Summary — team characteristics
(1) teams are goal-oriented。
(2) teams are based on collaboration。

(3) teams need common norms and methods。
(4) team members develop complementarities in terms of technology or skills。
(5) the use of the word “team” by teams in english is often linked to group organizations, especially those of a “team” character, such as the army, teams, etc., and, as representatives of eastern culture, is generally similar to the concept of “collective” and “public” in our rabbit language, with a corresponding emphasis on spiritual attributes, such as “team honour”
Do you know her about the team, as a member of all kinds of teams? Last but not least, recommend a few books
