The two-fold leap in efficiency and scope of patent pre-trial services has been achieved, from “quantitative growth” to “quality”, with the centre receiving cumulatively 10,000 pre-trial cases, with invention patents stabilizing at more than 90 per cent and focused on high-value innovation in services. Pre-qualified patent authorization cycles have been reduced by more than 90 per cent, with an average authorization rate of over 90 per cent, opening the green path of rapid access to innovation subjects with “acceleration” and “high pass rates”. The extension of the ipc classification number 48 provides comprehensive coverage of strategic and emerging industries, such as smart equipment, low-altitude economies and semiconductors, and provides solid support for the quality development of the guangzhou innovation chain through “fast protection” mechanisms。

The centre completed 66 industrial patent navigation reports, 8 of which were approved by the main municipal leadership and 16 published in municipal newspapers. As part of its role as a guarantor of legislation, the centre has been involved in promoting the legislative implementation of the guangzhou patent protection and promotion regulations, protecting the new quality of productivity development under the rule of law, and providing a strong support for the deepening of the building of a strong national intellectual property market. The entire chain of intellectual property protection has been successfully constructed, with a cumulative 9502 cases of intellectual property dispute resolution, 3 national pilot projects and 10 industrial service workstations having been approved to extend service reach to the industry frontier. Innovative “conciliation + arbitration + judicial recognition” system, which brings together 48 circuits and 18 joint cases across sectors, has been effective in enhancing the efficiency and authority of dispute resolution.
