General secretary xi made a scientific judgement on the relationship between innovation and practice, emphasizing that “innovation is a permanent theme in the development of philosophical social sciences and a necessary requirement for social development, deepening of practice and progress in history”. For example, the scope and theoretical system of “people above all”, rather than “capital above all”, “common wealth” and not “diverse rich and poor”, “public ownership as the subject”, rather than “private ownership as the subject”, “national planning as the preponderant”, rather than “individual blind decision-making”, “community of human destiny” and not “unilateral economic hegemony” fully reflects the inherited and originality of economic theory, nationality and age, systemic and professionality。
From the point of view of construction strategies, the theoretical core of marxist political economics, such as material history and material forensics, the theory of labour values and the theory of residual values, should be firmly adhered to, drawing extensively on the approaches of social sciences and natural sciences, and actively pursuing cross-cutting, interdisciplinary approaches and theoretical breakthroughs. Marxist political economics and other theoretical economics, applied economics, could be integrated into innovation, cross-researched with philosophy, politics, sociology, law, culture, journalism and international relations, drawing on the latest research methods, such as systemic science, complex theory, to build a new paradigm that transcends both the traditional soviet economic paradigm and the modern western paradigm。
As a symbol of academic maturity, academic democracy and academic prosperity, academic schools have a prominent original theoretical impetus in building china's autonomous knowledge system of philosophical social sciences. The wisdom of building an autonomous knowledge system is passed on from the hundreds of clans in kong mengung to the hundreds of minds.
