Course background
With the double impact of the digital wave and the transformation of roles, modern women are encountering unprecedented challenges, on the one hand, in a rapidly changing world and in the spread of web-based information, and on the other hand, in a growing number of people with blurred perceptions, emotions out of control and a stagnant movement. We often feel lost, uneasy, anxious and lacking the momentum and direction to move forward. These dilemmas are not simply the result of dramatic changes in the external environment, but are linked to our own value systems and cognitive behaviour structures。
The “preceptional power” course — from self-exploration to multi-dimensional growth — will build a four-dimensional system of awakening, insight, empowerment — through the interdisciplinary integration of eastern philosophies, western philosophies and psychology, and sociology, which will break the four dilemmas of awareness, emotion, action and meaning, help students to move from self-awakening to self-exceeding to the creation of self-worth, opening up powerful engines in their hearts and guiding themselves to sail in their present and future lives。
Course orientation
A hundred years of deep dialogue between humans and east and west wisdom
Interdisciplinary empowerment - from philosophy to life practice
Djc + psychiatry + modular practice ceremony
Course objectives
Cognitive dilemmas - cognitive re-engineering and awakening
Through cognitive re-engineering and value clarification, participants are helped to understand themselves clearly, including inherent needs, values, emotional patterns, etc. Through philosophical, sociological and other perspectives, students are helped to gain a clearer understanding of the social structure, cultural background and the place of the individual in it, breaking the cognitive dilemma。
Emotional dilemmas — emotional conditioning and emotional transformation
Through psychological tools and methods, students are empowered with resilience, emotional management and decision-making skills. The participants learned how to maintain an inner balance in emotional fluctuations, transform negative emotions into efficient motors of action, achieve unity of emotion and action and break through emotional distress。

Operational dilemmas — targeting and motivation
The students are helped to find a balance between the individual and society and to define the future direction of their lives and careers. Through objective-setting and enhanced implementation, participants turn their inner awakening into action and break the operational dilemma。
The dilemma — mission exploration and value practice
Helps the trainees to break the dilemma by identifying points of resonance between personal values and the needs of the times and by designing sustainable social action programmes for good。
