8. Visit to california natural products
The last stop of the trip to the united states was in california, the most agricultural state. On the morning of 6 june, we visited california natural products, located in st. Joaquin county. St. Joaquin's climate is so hot and dry that he walks into the cpp office building that it's one of the best things to do, and it's green in the office area. Green plants and fountains fill it with life, especially the blue parrot that the lady at the front desk raised, so that we can look down on the back of the chair and look at the busy master and our strangers, without any fear, and with a photo full of people with a head and a close eye。
The company's marketing vice president, clarkdriftmmier, received us enthusiastically and presented the cnp profile. Established in 1980, cpp has been at the forefront of the food, beverages and raw materials industry. In the early 1980s, companies invented and patented natural fermentation to produce rice solid syrup; in the mid-1990s, companies created natural and organic sterile beverages and, through innovation, introduced new treatment technologies to automate production。
Companies are unique in the field of natural and organic foods. The aim is to improve the health of consumers through the production of the most innovative food ingredients, as well as the best food, nutrition, convenience and beverages. Quality and security are the focus of the cpp. Cnp has recently obtained a sqf certificate from the third level institute for safe and high quality food. The sqf certification process is extremely rigorous and constitutes a guarantee of cnp commitment to food safety and quality。
The cpp not only possesses state-of-the-art food distribution plants and sterile processing and packaging equipment, but is more proud of the automated warehouses that it designs, produces and uses. Clarkdriftsmier showed us the automated storage system designed by the cnp on its own and gave us a history. About 15 years ago, as production continued to increase, particularly as sterile products had to be produced 10 days before loading to ensure that there were no leaks or problems, the company's president and founder, mitchell, found that there was a serious shortage of warehouse space, and mitchell felt that i could not keep building warehouses but needed some high-density buildings. At that time, the warehouse automation system needed to integrate large cranes and the ceiling needed to be higher than most standard buildings, but those did not exist at that time. Mitchell employed nearly 50 people, including mechanical, electrical and structural engineers, skilled manufacturing and assembly workers, and marketing and marketing forces, and completed the first automated warehouse. Automated systems and power automation systems are 10 to 40 per cent cheaper than traditional warehouses. Although more expensive than traditional warehouses because of the cost of operating forklifts, cuts in energy use and the storage of more products in fewer spaces, it can reduce operating costs by 80 per cent. Traditional warehouses, usually 5 per cent or 10 per cent of trays, are not properly located because of the error of scanning or forklift drivers, electricity automation provides a high level of inventory control and security, and there is little misplaced or stolen cargo. According to clarkdriftmmer, the automated warehousing system is now being purchased and used by many other companies。
