The book, the first in the country to provide professional guidance to enterprises on differentiated intellectual property management programmes using the industrial attributes classification framework, is a landmark professional product of my provincial intellectual property research。
The book breaks through the traditional paradigm of classification by tenure type and innovatively constructs an intellectual property compliance system that is oriented towards industry attributes such as cultural creativity, business services, etc. This classification framework, which is closer to the actual business landscape, can provide a precise and differentiated management programme tailored to the characteristics of different industries and fills a gap in this area of national research。
