In order to raise awareness of the oral health of the community and to avoid the problem of dental problems, more than 50 residents participated in a recent oral health seminar organized by the union of sunshine industries of the new sunshine community of uybian streets and by dr. At the lecture, dr. Xue gave an easy-to-understand presentation on basic health care for children and the elderly and methods of oral health prevention. Keep the mouth clean, brush or wash the mouth as much as possible after each meal, do not develop a dichotomy chewing habit, maintain a correct and balanced diet, and regularly visit hospitals to prevent the occurrence of oral diseases. She also spoke of the correct means of brushing her teeth and the scientific preservation of her mouth in order to safeguard her oral health. The correct method of brushing teeth is vertically, with at least two brushes of three minutes each per day. Basic requirements for health-care toothbrushes: small head, round head, hair grinding, soft hair; toothbrushes are replaced at least once a quarter, and brushes are hardened, hairbrushing should be replaced in a timely manner and no waterbrush can be used. At the same time, regular visits to hospitals are the best preventive health care method. In case of haemorrhage or tooth pain, prompt medical attention is required. At the end of the lecture, dr. Xue gave targeted guidance to residents of different ages, and the presentation was conducted in a lively atmosphere。
