According to the circular of the shanghai city human resources and social security institute on the 2026 high-level research and development project for the shanghai city specialized technical talents project (epi) (2026) (129) in order to fully implement the new concept of development, to maintain the overall tone of steady progress and efficiency, to promote the transformation of the strengths of the intellectual property system into real productivity, to open a new phase in the construction of a strong intellectual property market with high quality, and to focus on a major national strategy to accelerate the construction of strong intellectual property markets — innovation in intellectual property has driven the growth of new quality productivity — a high-level research project for the current year, hosted by the shanghai city centre for intellectual property services. V. Methodology of registration
All relevant units are requested to identify participants and to sign up by 10 august 2026. Once successful, the registration status can be checked in the system. A total of 130 candidates were recruited on merit, which will be completed。
Other matters
(i) 24 hours after the completion of the required course by the researcher and on the basis of an examination. After 30 jobs, participants are able to access the “shanghai city professionals platform for continuing education of public service” to download time certificates。
(ii) the training is free of charge and work meals are provided during the training. In case of accommodation and transportation, the participants take care of themselves。
(iii) upon completion of all courses, participants shall send a personal study report to ssip6@ssipsh. Com by wednesday, 19 august. Personal learning reports should be no less than 800 words. Failure to complete the training course, failure to sign up and failure to submit the learning experience on time do not take into account the admission certificate。
