In the field of hands-on experience, teams of specialist nurses lead people to practice yoga, hand-in-hand to guide actions, frequency and attention. In the music that is soothing, the mother-to-bes follow the rhythm to spread their necks and backs and truly master the science of pregnancy, so that they learn, use and protect. One of the pre-pregnancy mothers worked on her back and laughed, and said, "it's a lot easier to go home and do this."

Two modules, “expert advice” and “special breastfeeding guidance”, were also arranged in the consultation area. Health-care providers conduct individualized health assessments for pregnant women, provide individualized guidance on diets during pregnancy, safe sports, choice of delivery methods, breast-feeding evaluation counselling, etc., extend services from “classrooms” to “face-to-face”, communicate patiently, and respond precisely to the individualized demands of mothers, and effectively address the practical difficulties they encounter during pregnancy and childbirth。

Questions and answers are structured around the knowledge points of 1,000 days of life, nutrition, sports, childbirth, childcare, etc., so that mothers can consolidate their knowledge of health and enhance their ability to take care of themselves in a pleasant atmosphere. It is also encouraging fathers and their families to take part actively in the whole process of pregnancy and childbirth, to develop a model of coordinated family care and to create a favourable climate for science-based parenting and care for pregnant mothers。
